The Asturian Economic and Trade Office in Madrid is getting closer to becoming a reality. Last week, the signing of a collaboration agreement between the Government of the Principality and the Asturian Federation of Entrepreneurs (FADE), the Official Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés, the Sekuens Agency and the Compromiso Asturias XXI Association took place at the Presidency headquarters in Oviedo for the implementation of this initiative.
An instrument which, in the words of the President of the Principality, Adrián Barbón, will become “a permanent meeting point for investment, commercial and economic activity” to attract opportunities to the community. Barbón also pointed out that “with the creation of this office we are on the hunt, on the express hunt for investment for the Principality. We already have enough experience, because the attraction strategy allowed us to add 14 new projects, but now we are redoubling our ambition”.
