THE MAIN ECONOMIC PROMOTION TOOL IN ASTURIAS

The Asturian Agency for Science, Business Competitiveness and Innovation (Sekuens) is a Public Entity which reports to the Asturian regional administration, playing the role of liaison between companies and the different departments of regional and national administration, business promotion entities, R&D&I support infrastructures, financial entities and, essentially, those agents that have to take part in a business project.

It evaluates the projects presented by companies and investors on an individual basis to define the most appropriate support scheme.

It develops industrial infrastructures and promotes R&D&I and internationalisation amongst companies in the region

It wins over new projects that strengthen the Asturian business fabric and reinforces the loyalty of those investments made in the region.
